We would like to inform you that the World Journal of English Language has reached its capacity for manuscript submissions. As a result, we will be temporarily pausing the acceptance of new submissions effective immediately until October 1, 2024. Any further extension beyond this date will be determined based on our capacity and announced subsequently.

This decision was made to ensure that we maintain the high quality of our journal and to provide timely feedback to all authors who have already submitted their work. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

The World Journal of English Language (WJEL) invites qualified scholars to join our expert reviewer team. As a WJEL reviewer, you will:

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in fields related to English language
• University teaching or research position
• Fluent English skills
• Strong interest in educational research

We are pleased to announce that World Journal of English Language (ISSN 1925-0703 E-ISSN 1925-0711) has been indexed in Scopus since 2021. Scopus is the world's largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, and is published by Elsevier B.V..

The World Journal of English Language editorial board congratulates everyone involved with the journal for their consistently hard work and attention. Thanks to all of you, the journal now enjoys a rising level of prestige in the publishing world.

As you are aware, printing and delivery of journals results in causing a significant amount of detrimental impact to the environment. Being a responsible publisher and being considerate for the environment, we have decided to change the policy of offering free print journals for authors.

From July 1, 2018, we will not automatically provide authors free print journals. However, when authors really need free print copies, they are requested to kindly complete an application form to order printed copies. Once approved,  we will arrange print and delivery, for a maximum of two copies per article.  If authors require more than two copies, they are requested to order online at: store.sciedupress.com.

Additionally, we are happy to provide journal’s eBook in PDF format for authors, free of charge. The eBook is the same as the printed version, but it is completely environmentally friendly. Please contact the journal editor to request eBook of the journal’s issues.
