Steve Kyungjae Lee is an academic researcher and lecturer in the field of Strategic Management at
Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea. Before he entered into a doctoral program at Business School, he
had worked at Citibank as an analyst and statistician. He received a Ph.D. in Management at Rutgers
University in New Jersey, USA, and his research interests include (but not limited to) strategic alliance,
corporate governance, family companies and CEOs. In addition, he also has an interest on research
methodology with pioneering statistical analysis in management research such as stochastic process
